All Charter reservations will require a $100 deposit. If you cancel your charter more than 24 hours before your departure time, you will be fully refunded your deposit. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of agreed departure time, we will be unable to refund your deposit. Additionally, if the captain must cancel due to weather or an unforeseen emergency, you will receive a full refund. Please understand that a lot goes into planning and carrying out a fishing charter and an unexpected cancellation can affect days worth of scheduling.
